Full-time private chefs are available for households looking for service 5 or more days per week. Full time private chef placement includes:
-Consultation to determine your needs and tastes
-Searching for the best chef candidates on your behalf
-Conducting chef interviews
-Arranging in-person tastings
-Performing reference and background checks
Personal chefs are available on a 1-2x per week basis to prepare and package fresh meals for the week in your home. Personal chef services include:
-Food & diet consultation
-Custom menus for your diet
-Procuring groceries
-Preparing packaged meals
-Descriptive menus with warming instructions
-Kitchen cleaning

Protein-packed, gluten-free pumpkin pancakes sweetened with super-food lucuma and topped with organic berries. Served with homemade maple almond butter sauce.
Fried pasture-raised eggs, turkey sausage, vegan cheddar, avocado, & arugula, on gluten-free homemade biscuits
GF rolled oats baked with honeycrisp apples, golden raisins, cinnamon, chia seeds, and almond milk
Toasted sweet potato rounds topped with smashed avocados, lemon, spirulina, and sprinkled with hemp & chia seeds

Charred garden carrots, seared avocado, meyer lemon, thyme, Aleppo pepper
Mixed greens, shaved fennel, shaved apples, pomegranate seeds, and pecans on the side with a prebiotic apple cider vinaigrette

Creamy organic chicken pot pie with peas, carrots, celery, mushrooms, potatoes, and fresh herbs thickened with cauliflower puree & topped with gf almond flour biscuits.
Braised grass-fed beef short ribs in a red wine sauce served with cauliflower potato mash and balsamic roasted brussels sprouts
Organic chicken soup made with bone broth, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, herbs, and zucchini noodles.
Wild salmon with gf coconut amino teriyaki sauce served atop antioxidant-rich forbidden black rice with stir-fried broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers
Seared cauliflower steaks with cumin and coriander drizzled with homemade tahini sauce. Served over lemony sauteed chickpeas and swiss chard.
Eggplant parmesan with homemade tomato sauce and cashew "mozzarella". Served with a lemony arugula and artichoke salad

Gluten and refined-sugar free brownies made with cacao, maca, lucuma, acai, eggs, coconut oil, and grade A maple syrup

She is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Food Network, & Cosmopolitan. She started at the Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern and also founded a clean-eating catering company, Farmcut.
